Plant
We have 3 high powered flat bed CO2 lasers dedicated to profile cutting sub-contract work. These range in power up to 5kw and bed size up to 4000x2000mm. We also have facilities for de-burning and vibratory finishing.
Laser Cutting Capacity
We have several different laser cutting machines, which enable us to profile a wide range of materials.
We are a true laser cutting job shop which means we can cater for batch sizes from single parts to several thousand, prototyping to volume production, we can offer a rapid turn around or monthly call offs.

Folding
For all your sheet metal folding needs Essex Laser is now able to offer Laser Cutting and Forming.
A recent addition to our plant is our brand new
160 Ton Pressbrake.
With CNC controlled back gauge and a 4 metre beam length it is a highly versatile state-of-the-art machine. Now we are able to offer folding sheet metal up to 4000mm to match our laser bed size of 4000 x 2000mm.
Parts can now be delivered straight to your works laser cut and already formed. No need to send out for secondary bending or even use up capacity on your own in house Pressbrake, Essex Laser can form sheet metal parts for you.
